This document contains information regarding the technologies that enable this Application to achieve the purposes described below. These technologies allow the Data Controller to collect and save information (e.g. through the use of Cookies) or to use resources (e.g. by running a script) on the User’s device when the latter interacts with this Application.

For the sake of simplicity, these technologies are briefly referred to in this document as “Tracking Tools”, unless there is reason to differentiate.
For example, although Cookies can be used in both web and mobile browsers, it would be inappropriate to talk about Cookies in the context of mobile applications, since they are Tracking Tools that require the presence of a browser. For this reason, within this document the term Cookie is only used to specifically indicate that particular type of Tracker.

Some of the purposes for which Trackers are used may also require your consent. If consent is given, it can be freely revoked at any time by following the instructions contained in this document.

This Application only uses Trackers managed directly by the Owner (commonly referred to as “first-party” Trackers).
The duration and expiry of first-party Cookies and other similar Tracking Tools may vary depending on what is set by the Data Controller. Some of them expire at the end of the User’s browsing session.

Activities strictly necessary to ensure the operation of this Application and the provision of the Service

This Application uses Cookies commonly referred to as “technical” or other similar Tracking Tools to carry out activities strictly necessary to ensure the operation or provision of the Service.

How to manage your preferences

There are several ways to manage your Tracker preferences:

Users can manage their Tracker preferences directly through their device settings – for example, they can prevent the use or storage of Trackers.

In addition, you can set your preferences within the cookie policy or by updating your preferences via the privacy preferences widget, if any.

You can also remove previously saved Trackers, including those used to save consent preferences initially expressed by you, thanks to the appropriate features of your browser or device.

Other Trackers in your browser’s local storage can be removed by clearing your browsing history.

Locate your Tracker settings

Users can, for example, find information on how to manage Cookies in some of the most popular browsers at the following addresses:

  • Google Chrome
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Apple Safari
  • Microsoft Internet Explorer
  • Microsoft Edge
  • Good
  • Work

Users can also manage certain Mobile Application Trackers by disabling them through the appropriate device settings, such as mobile advertising settings or settings related to tracking in general (Users can consult their device settings to determine the relevant one).

Consequences of refusing to use Trackers

Users are free to decide whether or not to allow the use of Trackers. However, please note that the Tracking Tools allow this Application to provide Users with a better experience and enhanced features (in line with the purposes outlined herein). Therefore, if the User decides to block the use of Tracking Tools, the Owner may not be able to provide the related functionalities.
